Toolbox Entertainment™ began with a simple idea: bring the right people and the right tools together to help creative ideas move forward.

Since 2007, we have worked globally with artists, creators, individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations through media, technology, storytelling, coaching, and creative collaboration.

Today, Toolbox Entertainment focuses on Creative Coaching, Multimedia, and Communications—helping people develop ideas, create media, strengthen stories, and connect with audiences.

Where It Started

Toolbox began in 2007 through work with independent artists and labels, supporting promotions, events, marketing, talent development, audio and video production, social media, and creative projects.

Working alongside artists revealed something larger: people often needed more than a single service. They needed trusted collaborators who could help them think through an idea, find the right tools, and move from possibility to action.

That collaborative spirit became the foundation for what Toolbox is today.

The Toolbox Grew

As our work expanded beyond entertainment, so did Toolbox. Partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, educators, and community organizations revealed opportunities to apply the same collaborative approach to organizational strategy, learning, technology, and program design.

Those areas eventually grew into distinct Toolbox practices—Toolbox Strategic and Toolbox Learning & Innovation allowing each part of the family to develop its own focus while remaining connected by a shared philosophy.

Shelley Wolfe

Shelley Wolfe is an executive leader, media practitioner, strategist, and creative coach with more than 30 years of experience across entertainment, community media, nonprofit leadership, education, and technology. Her work has taken her from artist development, multimedia production, communications, and global campaigns to organizational leadership, program design, and community engagement.

Known for connecting people, ideas, and opportunities, Shelley brings a collaborative, human-centered approach to helping artists, creators, individuals, and organizations move ideas forward. She has led organizations, developed creative media projects, built multimedia studios, cultivated partnerships, mentored emerging professionals, and received recognition for her leadership, mentorship, and video production work.

As the founder of the Toolbox family, Shelley believes creativity grows when people have the right collaborators, tools, and support around them. Through Toolbox Entertainment, she brings that philosophy to Creative Coaching, Multimedia, and Communications—helping people develop ideas, strengthen stories, create meaningful media, and move from possibility to action.

Beth St. Clair

Beth St. Clair is a practitioner that works to remove the obstacles that prevent people from finding their highest self and their greatest strengths. Her approach includes the whole picture; social, emotional, environmental, physical, financial, intellectual, vocational, and spiritual wellness. When any one of these individual areas is out of balance, that makes it difficult to be your best. Beth brings over 20 years of coaching experience. She began her career in Philadelphia where she co-developed an IT apprenticeship for young adults. During her time with that program, she developed an extensive library of resources and curricula to support and coach apprentices as they developed their careers. In the last 5 years, she began working with two companies to develop their training and coaching curricula. She brings that same experience to the work she does with Toolbox Entertainment. Utilizing a proven curriculum, Beth coaches employees from the beginning stages to higher management levels. Together, we will develop a plan that will address goals and objectives.

Consistently keeping up with technology, Terlonzo builds Discord communities, provides remote/IT support and can troubleshoot with the best of them. A student of human behavior, he tackles professional/personal topics/issues by applying the art of pragmatism and is always working in the background. Terlonzo is a member of the New England Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame. During his free time, our favorite shy guy is an IAABO Basketball Referee. Not really free time, this is a paying gig!
