We focus on education, experiential growth, training, and consulting to grow our clients’ media opportunities around the globe. Since 2007, we’ve worked with independent artists and labels across the nation and internationally through promotions, event planning, marketing, talent booking, audio and video production services, EPK’s, social media, and management. During these three decades of collaboration with artists and businesses, we saw a sustained need for infrastructure and management coaching – which led us to launch Toolbox Strategic Consulting.

Toolbox Strategic Consulting

In 2015, we began partnering with small and medium-sized businesses as well as nonprofits to meet their strategic needs. We focus on volunteer and staff retention, needs assessments, evaluations, operational support, management and staff coaching. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognized that businesses struggled with remote learning and multimedia training. So, we expanded our services to include Toolbox Multimedia.

Shelley Wolfe

Shelley Wolfe is a nationally recognized Executive and Media practitioner. She has spent the last twenty four years leading community media stations, including a long history in the entertainment industry. She is a highly recognized collaborative change agent with an extensive background in the nonprofit sector & the entertainment industry working to bridge these industries through partnerships, technology & media. Shelley is known in the community for her outreach, mentoring, leadership and connecting individuals and businesses with media opportunities to tell their stories. She has received numerous awards for Mentorship, Leadership and Video Production. She is highly sought after a skill set that is well rounded from running global campaigns, artist management & development, event & conference planning, administration, operations & fund development, sales & marketing, digital & media literacy programs, A/V production services, program development, social media campaigns, producer, editor, distribution with digital & traditional media outlets for both audio & visual media content.

Beth St. Clair

Beth St. Clair is a practitioner that works to remove the obstacles that prevent people from finding their highest self and their greatest strengths. Her approach includes the whole picture; social, emotional, environmental, physical, financial, intellectual, vocational, and spiritual wellness. When any one of these individual areas is out of balance, that makes it difficult to be your best. Beth brings over 20 years of coaching experience. She began her career in Philadelphia where she co-developed an IT apprenticeship for young adults. During her time with that program, she developed an extensive library of resources and curricula to support and coach apprentices as they developed their careers. In the last 5 years, she began working with two companies to develop their training and coaching curricula. She brings that same experience to the work she does with Toolbox Entertainment. Utilizing a proven curriculum, Beth coaches employees from the beginning stages to higher management levels. Together, we will develop a plan that will address goals and objectives.

Tami Magaro is a writer, director, editor, and podcast producer. Tami has worked as an editor for over 20 years, on short films, features, and corporate videos. She loves the art of telling a story one cut at a time. Over the last year, she has been producing podcasts including her own, “The Inner World of Filmmaking.” She enjoys working with clients, to help take out the frustrations of the technical part of podcasting, so they can flow with the content. Tami is there every step of the way giving gentle nudges and always being available to brainstorm interesting topics and show ideas. Tami loves the editing process, it’s always fun to put it all together in a creative way to tell the story. In Tami’s free time she loves yoga, spending time with her Queen cat Mookie, and hanging out with friends. She looks forward to the opportunity of working with you on something amazing.

Terlonzo Amos is a Multimedia Specialist & Content Creator. He has over 25 years of experience in video production and over 5 years of experience in podcast production, becoming a “Podcast Guy”. Consistently keeping up with technology, Terlonzo builds Discord communities, provides remote/IT support and can troubleshoot with the best of them. A student of human behavior, he tackles professional/personal topics/issues by applying the art of pragmatism and is always working in the background. Terlonzo is a member of the New England Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame. During his free time, our favorite shy guy is an IAABO Basketball Referee. Not really free time, this is a paying gig!

She moved me from Philadelphia to Denver, Colorado where I’m having the best time and making friends. In my free time, I like to sleep, eat, and watch squirrels. When I’m working, I’m pretty much doing the same. There’s really no difference. I’m shy and anxious but I really do love people!

When she’s recording her podcast and interviewing someone I like to pace back and forth as I listen.

In my free time, I like to sleep, eat, and hang out with my mom while we work. I’m curious and really smart. I’m a little anxious when people stop by and sometimes hiss, but I really do love being a part of the fun.
